Registration Terms & Conditions
  1. All goods are sold subject to terms and conditions of sale printed at the back of Invoices.
  2. No credit returns will be entertained.
  3. Warranties published or implied by Dash Pacific refer to manufacturer’s warranties and are subject to such terms and conditions.
  4. All warranty returns must have a valid R.A. No. issued by Dash Pacific R.A. numbers issued are valid for 14 days, after which a new R.A. No. is required.  Each application for replacement of expired R.A. No. attracts a processing fee of $25.00.
  5. Where Serial Numbers or Warranty Stickers has been removed or are illegible, warranty is void.
  6. Dash Pacific will attempt to replace warranty goods as soon as possible.  A minimum of 48 hours is required for testing of goods.  Warranty goods tested to have no faults will attract a charge of $25.00, which has to be paid, before such goods are returned.
  7. Where goods under warranty are no longer stock items, replacement or repair will be as per manufacturers’ conditions and any delay is not the responsibility of Dash Pacific. Dash Pacific is committed to expedite completion of such warranties from the manufacturers.
  8. All shipments to customers arranged by Dash Pacific will be on behalf of the customer and Dash Pacific’s responsibilities ceases once goods are picked up for delivery.
  9. Dash Pacific reserves the right to alter or add to the above terms and conditions without notice.
